Say The Real Thing

I've said throughout this site that the best conversations rarely start with certainty. They start with curiosity, a question somebody couldn't quite answer alone, a shift somebody could feel but not yet explain.

If you've read this far, you probably already know why you're here. Maybe it's a role. Maybe it's a business that's outgrown its own story and needs someone to help it find the next one. Maybe you disagreed with something I wrote and want to tell me why. All three are good reasons to get in touch.

I prefer first conversations to be exactly that - conversations. No forms to work through. No automated replies. No scheduling links before we've exchanged a single real thought. Just an email.

You write. I read it. I reply. Personally.

Technology should remove friction from work. I've never believed it should replace the first conversation.

If you've made it this far into a website built around curiosity, better questions and better decisions, you'll probably understand why that matters to me.

If you're not sure yet what you'd even say, that's okay too. Some of my best conversations started exactly there.
